HOW THE PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING PROCESS WORKS

The production of each piece of jewelry generally takes 2-4 business days.

Once your order goes into production, that is when your shipping label is printed. Your order stays with your shipping label throughout the whole process, as your order details are printed on the shipping label. 

Once production and quality check is complete, that is when your order gets shipped out. What gets printed on the shipping label is what YOU entered for your customization of your order - which is presented on your order confirmation page.

We do not have the ability to change orders. We allow cancellations or changes up to 1 hour after you order, beyond that is a case by case basis. 

In times of extremely high congestion, it may take an extra 3-4 days. We currently offer tracking numbers and full tracking links once your item goes into production. When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with a link to track it's progress.

U.S. orders with Standard Shipping generally take 5-10 days to arrive, with most orders taking less than 8 days. Expedited Priority Shipping generally takes 2-4 days after you order goes into production.

If you are ordering outside the U.S., you should expect to add an extra 1-2 weeks depending on your location. (Shipping times to Canada are generally faster than Mexico and Europe.)
