How do I personalize my jewelry?
Each product page walks you through the personalization options — just choose your metal, enter any names, dates, birthstones, or engravings directly in the fields provided, and add it to your cart. If you have a special request that isn't covered by the options shown, reach out to us and we'll do our best to make it happen.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We begin production on personalized orders very quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We can generally accommodate modifications within a few hours of the order being placed. Once your piece is in production, we may not be able to make changes — but we'll always try our best.
How long does production take on personalized pieces?
Most personalized pieces are handcrafted and ready to ship within 2–5 business days. For our fastest options, check out our Quickship collection — those items ship same-day or next-day. Production times are always shown on the product page before you order.
Can you engrave my jewelry? Are there character limits?
Yes! Many of our pieces offer engraving as part of the personalization. Character limits vary by style and are shown on each product page. If you'd like to know whether a specific piece can be engraved with a longer message, just reach out and we'll check for you.
What birthstones and gemstones do you offer?
We carry all 12 traditional birthstones, and many of our pieces allow you to mix multiple stones to represent your whole family. Available stone options are shown on each product page. If you have a question about a specific stone, feel free to contact us.
Shipping & Delivery
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping rates and availability vary and are updated regularly. The most accurate, up-to-date options and costs will always be shown at checkout before you place your order — no surprises.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Your total delivery time = production time + shipping transit time. Most personalized pieces ship within 2–5 business days of ordering. For the fastest delivery, look for items in our Quickship collection, which ship same-day or next-day. Shipping speeds and transit estimates are available at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number on the carrier's website to follow your package. If you haven't received a tracking email yet, check your spam folder first — then contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability varies and is subject to change. To see whether we ship to your location and what options are available, simply proceed to checkout and enter your address — all current shipping options will appear there. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes?
Yes! We're proud to ship to military APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes via USPS.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away and we can update your address. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it — so please double-check your address at checkout.
My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?
This happens occasionally — sometimes carriers mark a package delivered a day early, or leave it with a neighbor. We recommend checking around your property and with neighbors first. If it still hasn't turned up within 48 hours of the delivery notification, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Do you offer expedited or rush shipping?
Yes! Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. For the absolute fastest turnaround, our Quickship items ship same-day or next-day and can be paired with expedited delivery.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your piece. We offer a 30-day return period for orders that arrive incorrect or defective. If something isn't right, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Sale merchandise may be subject to a different return policy, which will be noted on the product page.
Can I return a personalized or custom item?
Because personalized jewelry is made specifically for you, we are generally unable to accept returns on custom pieces unless the item arrived defective or was made incorrectly. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us — we stand behind our work and will always work with you to find a solution.
How do exchanges and resizing work?
Exchanges and resizing are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us with your order details and we'll work out the best path forward. Please note that resizing typically carries a service fee, and the exact cost will depend on the piece and what's needed. We'll always let you know what to expect before anything moves forward.
Who pays for return shipping?
If your return is the result of our error — a wrong item, a defect, or a production mistake — we'll send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you. For other situations, please contact us and we'll work out the best solution together.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. After processing, it generally takes an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.

Sterling silver is a durable, high-quality metal that is generally well-tolerated by most people, including those with sensitive skin — though individual sensitivities can vary. What does "925" mean on sterling silver jewelry?
The "925" stamp is the hallmark for sterling silver, meaning the piece is made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other alloys for added durability. It's the industry standard for quality silver jewelry and a sign you're getting the real thing.
Is your sterling silver rhodium-plated?
Yes — our sterling silver pieces are rhodium-plated, which gives them that bright, white finish and adds an extra layer of protection against scratching and tarnishing.
Will your jewelry tarnish or turn my skin green?

Are your gemstones natural or lab-created?

How do I clean my personalized jewelry at home?
Your order includes a soft cleaning brush — that's the best tool to use. Apply a small amount of clear, mild dish soap with lukewarm water, use the brush to gently scrub around any stones or engraving, then rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft cloth. Avoid paper towels — they can leave tiny scratches.
What products and chemicals should I avoid?
Remove your jewelry before applying lotion, sunscreen, perfume, hairspray, or hand sanitizer. Also avoid contact with bleach, chlorine (pools and hot tubs), and other harsh cleaning products. These can damage the metal finish and dull the shine on your stones.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower, pool, or gym?
We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or working out. Water, chlorine, and sweat can all accelerate wear over time. Taking your jewelry off before these activities is the single easiest thing you can do to keep it looking beautiful for years.
How should I store my jewelry?
Your jewelry arrives in a soft microfiber pouch — that's the ideal place to keep it when you're not wearing it. It protects against scratches and helps prevent tarnishing. If you're storing multiple pieces, keep them separate so they don't rub against each other, and choose a cool, dry spot away from humidity.
