How is shipping calculated?

We utilize flat rate shipping for orders under $100. Any order over $100 will have Free Shipping.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We do offer shipping to Canada, Mexico, and most of Europe, however, this will increase shipping times.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It takes us 1-3 days to process and fulfill your order. In times of extremely high congestion, it may take an extra 3-4 days. We currently offer tracking numbers and full tracking links by request. Once your order ships you will receive an email with a link to track it's progress.

US orders with standard shipping generally takes 6 to 10 days to arrive with most orders taking less than 8 days. Expedited Priority Shipping generally takes 3 to 6 days after you order.  If you are ordering outside the US you should expect to add an extra 1-2 weeks depending on your location. (Shipping times to Canada are generally faster than Mexico and Europe.)

How much does shipping cost for my item?

We utilize a flat rate shipping price of $4.95 for any orders under $100. An Expedited option is also available at checkout.  Order over $100 will benefit from Free Expedited Shipping

Do you guarantee your products?

Yes, we have a 3 year tarnish free guarantee from the date of delivery. We also have a 3 year guarantee on the gem stones. If you lose one we'll happily replace it for you.

Do you do re-sizing or exchanges?

We do have re-sizing and exchange options available.  Please email help@paulamaxjewelry.com with your unique request.

 

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day return period for rare circumstances that you receive an order that is incorrect or defective and a 3 year tarnish free guarantee on all of our sterling silver items. Our sale merchandise may be subject to an alternate return policy and will be specified accordingly on our website. If you would like to make a return or an exchange, please contact us at help@paulamaxjewelry.com and we will make sure you have a great customer experience.

Who pays for shipping on items for return?

We email return labels with no cost to our customers if the issue is a result of a packaging error.  All other issues need to be addressed with our customer service to determine returns. Please email our customer service (help@paulamaxjewelry.com) if you have any questions regarding this manner and they will assist you in whatever way possible!

Do your sterling silver items tarnish?

Any sterling silver can tarnish, but ours is of the highest quality and with proper care it should last a life time. We offer a 3 year tarnish free guarantee on all of our sterling silver items.

Why don't I see the same deal on your website that I see advertised on Facebook?

Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works.
